OneCause is well suited to problem solve and navigate scenarios I am not familiar with. Customer support helps me easily learn how to navigate OneCause and be able to implement changes and set things up correctly in a quick manner.

I don't like that you are unable to add items to a cart to make on purchase.

I really have nothing bad to say about OneCause they have been great to work with for the past 2 years, obviously being a non-profit, we always think everything costs too much, so many if it was less expensive, but the support staff is worth every penny. Keep up the amazing work and wonderful platform.

Supportive one on one calls, on site support is amazing during our event and super helpful. I love that each project manager I’ve worked with thoroughly checks the site to be sure I haven’t missed anything. After years of using OneCause, sometimes I still may forget a tiny detail. So it’s greatly appreciated.

The online platform - mobile access and bidding - is wonderful. No more paper bid sheets! No more raffle tickets! Everything is on the OneCause platform where tickets, bidding, and donations are simple. The post-even reports are wonderful, as well.

Online Fundraising, in-person events, and specific campaigns for fundraising events throughout the year! Silent auctions are easy to set up! It also allows texts to be sent to donor lists and emails to help nurture the audience!

We use OneCause for Auction & Events and have been extremely pleased with it.

Well suited for a gala or benefit whether virtual or in person. You can do seating in the app or just regular check in. Online auctions also work well on this platform. Item donors can submit the info for their item easily, and uploading pictures and descriptions is pretty straightforward.

Their customer service team is incredible. If you have a question or need assistance, they are quick to respond or send a video showing you how to solve your issue. They also answer the helpline. I've worked with many platforms over the last 18 years, and OneCause is by far my favorite to work with on the back end, in addition to not having to handhold participants through the registration process. It is very easy to use, and many of our constituents who are not tech-savvy have had tons of success and positive feedback on the new platform.

OneCause is well suited for fundraising auctions that use mobile bidding, for taking one-time donations, and for recognizing donors and sponsors. It's been appropriate for all our auctions. We've used text2give once and it worked well but we don't have a lot of experience in that area.

OneCause is well suited for in-person or online fundraising events and is the perfect platform for any auction. As an organization, we have not yet explored their other options, but their Bidpal software allowed us to shift our annual auction online, increasing revenue and saving both staff and constituent time.

The OneCause auction platform works well for events of seemingly varying sizes (we are a mid-sized organization, but it seems to scale well). You can run a variety of things within the platform (live auction, silent auction, fund appeal, raffle, etc.), but one should be aware that there are limits to the software and we were forced to worked around these limitations.

OneCause is VERY well suited for any organization that needs organized fundraising. It's great for organizations who need a wide reach with the ability to have a user-friendly, secure online bidding donation portal. It is well suited if you are not very tech savvy as their customer service will help you each step of the way.

If you want an easy and user-friendly online bidding software, then the "old" software from OneCause is a great choice. It will engage your bidders and participants and help you to run a smooth event. If you have a new or inexperienced team running the event, the customer service from OneCause will be very helpful to get them up to speed. They have extensive help articles and are always available to answer specific questions. We've used the software for 5 years, so we don't need as much help now, but the customer service when we do need help is still excellent. The ability to have an on-site representative at our event has always been a huge help and relief. The newer software that OneCause rolled out in 2022 was built to do a lot more than just Auctions, and we found it to be lacking in the auction functionality. If you're just doing an online auction, then the "old" OneCause software is probably a better choice. Also, this software is not the cheapest option. We pay around $3,000 - $4,000 per year to use this software at our event (includes an on-site representative). It's money well worth it for us as it's helped our Auction to raise over $100,000 each year, but if you have a smaller fundraising goal, spending this much on software may not be worthwhile.

I have not used a more intelligent, comprehensive program than OneCause. Like I mentioned before I could log in and immediately build and event and took off with my fundraising efforts and have had to use support on a minimal level. Managing the silent auction is literally hands off. I input the time it closed and after that moment I pulled the report and knew exactly who to give items to and immediately charged the whole auction to cards on file and simply walked away from that part of the event.

OneCause is well suited to large fundraising events for ticket sales, silent auctions, or other fundraising components.

OneCause is not the solution if you do not want to conduct your auction online in which guests need to use their phones to bid.

It's suited for nonprofit fundraising events if you have silent auction, raffle tickets, donation. It's not suited if you only have a live auction.

OneCause made our life much easier when it comes to event management and silent auction payments. It was a great tool for our internal team and parent volunteer team to stay on track and on the same page. It was very easy to fix data if there was a mistake made and I really appreciated the support team that was quick to getting back to me if I had a question.

I always have a ton of questions and we ended up purchasing this software very close to our big event, I was in panic mode because I was worried I wasn't going to figure the software out in time and our whole night was riding on the software. The support team would stay on the phone with me for an hour at a time and answer all my questions, they answer emails within 24 hours or faster. I felt very supoorted!

The OneCause platform is super user-friendly and easy to use. As an admin of our account and someone who hadn't used a platform like this before, I was really happy with the features and the ability to customize the Giving Center to look on-brand. We appreciated the support team's readiness and willingness to help us whenever needed, and they were always able to answer our super-specific questions.

Turnstone would highly recommend OneCause for all digital fundraising needs. It has allowed us to host fantastic events, both in-person and virtual, with ease because of their ticketing system, auction capabilities and virtual streaming options. OneCause also allowed us to pivot during the COVID-19 pandemic and place a huge emphasis on our digital fundraising strategy. Their Peer2Peer platform allowed our supporters from across the country to create pages and ask their friends and family members to consider donating to Turnstone. We have steadily increased our new donor numbers and fully transitioned into the digital fundraising world. So many people have been able to come alongside Turnstone in supporting people with disabilities because of OneCauses' intuitive and easy to use fundraising software.

The best fundraising software ever!

OneCause is wonderful for facilitating in-person, hybrid, and virtual fundraising events.

I think that onecause is great for any organization. I learned about it 5 years ago while working with another organization. When switching to another organization, I reached out to them only to discover we were already partners. So, we worked towards renewing that relationship. Finally, I am an active relationship with onecause again at my current organization. All three organizations focused on health and human services but executed its work and mission differently. So, I believe it can work for any organization. The risk may be committing to a three year contract.
