Bonterra OneCause

We use OneCause solely for our Online Auction event and Gala event attached. This has helped us instrumentally in our fundraising efforts, tracking down payments (the software legit does it for you). We used to use HandBid for this and thank God I got the urge to shop around and found OneCause! It is so user friendly, I was able to upload everything by myself with zero issues - the AI features are extremely helpful and useful, without sounding like I used AI for every single auction description. Now that I have 1 year of OneCause under my belt - my online auction and Gala event will only get easier with the years. Learning how to use the platform to the best of its abilities is a little intimidating at first but it is worth it to take their OneCause University course! Saved me a lot of time down the road on pulling Analytic reports for where we were at with ticket sales, donations, auction bids etc. OneCause has a feature that you can choose to donate in lieu of attending the Gala event or participating in the Online Auction - this feature covers the entire software costs and we had no idea this feature was even active! What a bonus. There isn't enough time in my day to preach the amazing benefits OneCause has the ability to do. Thank you OneCause for making my job so much more efficient. If you are thinking about getting OneCause just do it! Now I want to use it for more events we host at our Non-Profit!

Valley Outreach used the OneCause Fundraising Platform for our annual gala in 2024. We used the ticketing function to sell tickets which sold out 2 weeks before the event. We also used the fixed price function as well as live auction

The We Share A Common Thread Foundation uses the OneCause fundraising platform for the silent auction portion of our annual fundraiser. It makes the process so much more efficient by collecting the credit card information and billing the winners immediately at the close of the auction. It allows us to check out our winners with ease. It also allows us to gain extra supporters who are unable to attend the event but still want to bid on our items and help support our cause. We also use it to promote our specialty raffle for a few days before the event, again, allowing those unable to attend to still purchase a ticket for a chance to win.

We are a very small nonprofit organization with a team of one at our headquarters. Our biggest need this year was planning and executing our in-person fundraiser. At the same time, I needed to look into new software to provide more services and features. After conducting research, I found OneCause, and I could not be happier! I knew immediately from the demo that this product would work well for our organization. It is extremely intuitive and easy to use, yet if you have questions, there is always someone available to help. Every member of the team has been excellent to work with! Our fundraiser was extremely successful, and guests really enjoyed using the bidding platform. Since then, I have recommended OneCause to colleagues in the field, and I hope to expand our use of the software's additional features and eventually migrate all of our fundraising activities to OneCause. I can't stress enough what a difference OneCause has made for us!

We use OneCause for our Silent and Live Auctions during our Annual Gala. This year was our first using the system and although we had some minor issues the day of the event, the system itself is very user-friendly and does the job right. We like the fact that our attendees can process their auctions and do everything from one place. It saves us the paperwork from before.
