Overall Satisfaction with GiveSmart

We use GiveSmart for our silent auction at our largest event of the year, the Annual Gala. This has helped save time with the auction setup and checkout. We now also use it at our Golf Tournament. It helps with saving time by selling raffle tickets.

  • Checking in before a fundraising event to ensure you are good to go before the event.

Checking out a guest at the end of the night was a little tricky the first time using the program, but overall the program is user friendly.
Seems like most of the time you have to pay extra for more support. Webinars are good for ideas, but don't go in depth as must as I would like
