A super valuable tool to our product and engineering teams

Great for analyzing the affect of digital events on revenue and very good visualization options - journey maps, sessions, out-of-the-box reports. The integrations are very useful too - we stream all data from our existing stack into Glassbox so every thing is in one system. Also, Glassbox is an amazing company. When we were looking for a way to understand our customers better, they were there to help us. They took the time to show us how we could use these insights to deliver our customers a better experience. What I really like about them is that they are very transparent and always willing to answer any questions that I had.
