Overall Satisfaction with Glint

Our entire company uses Glint to monitor the pulse of employees. Scores are collected and aggregated across a number of metrics, and reports are distributed containing comparisons within departments as well as across the company, with submitted comments being read by all levels of management. Team leaders present the results to their reports in meeting settings, which allows for open dialogue about the results and how to fix problem areas.
  • Pulse surveys are easy to navigate and complete
  • Reports are insightful and actionable
  • Pulse survey frequency can be calibrated to fit the needs of the company
  • The commenting process could be improved--sometimes a survey will skip ahead when you aren't ready to proceed
  • It's been helpful to track score progressions across feedback areas over time; this reinforces to employees that feedback is valued and incorporated.
The only comparable product I've used is Rypple, which I'm not sure still exists. Glint is a superior product in pretty much every way I can remember, from the employee survey experience to the output reports.
