Overall Satisfaction with GoCardless
GoCardless is used as a direct debit service. Clients elect to pay this way. Only the Accounts staff is involved in this aspect of things therefore, it is not used by the entire organization. The problems it addresses revolve around being paid or not. We notice that when clients use this service, we tend to get paid on time. Most clients pay directly, and a smaller proportion use this service, probably equivalent to the amount that pay via credit card

Gocardless had no integration or monthly fees. You only pay for what you use. Windcave has monthly fees (and a setup fee).
