Overall Satisfaction with GoCo

Prior to GoCo everything was paper. We have several locations across 5 states that this now allows us to streamline some processes in our 12 different locations especially since I am a department of one. This has made things much better. I am looking for additional ways that GoCo can assist.

Very user friendly and I needed our system to work with employees that are not technically savvy. This is easy to use and most of my staff are able to navigate easily. There are still some staff that have a hard time but that is more on them than on GoCo.

Setup went well. I liked the support model at the time of implementation. It has changed over time and although it is not the same model and I much prefer the original model, they have tried to adjust. I still would prefer the direct contact with account rep vs contacting support.
