GoCo is an HR, benefits and payroll built to automate existing manual process, eliminating the paperwork and spreadsheets, and replacing them with digital experiences. Users can manage records, performance, time off, onboarding, and benefits. GoCo is a secure, compliant hub for sending, digitally signing, and organizing sensitive HR documents and data.

GoCo is built to support existing processes, policies, and providers, so there is no need to change processes just to adopt a modern HR system. For those who already have benefits, GoCo can add them and let the user's team enroll online. GoCo can also sync to existing payroll solutions.

Every GoCo customer gets a dedicated Customer Success Manager whose only job is to help make the user's team successful.

GoCo is our Ben admin system and links into execupay for payroll. It’s a good system overall but their customer service has lately gone down hill. We tried to apply for the Employee retention tax credit through them and they didn’t actually file it despite us filling out the paperwork several times.

This is a great product for a small company. For a large group, it’s probably less well suited. Overall small business will like the ease of use and convenience of the product. A large business would need better reporting functionality and probably a better payroll system. Execupay is a little clunky.

We utilize GoCo to manage our HR needs. It has an amazing onboarding process that allows us to effectively serve new employees and manage existing staffing.

We have really enjoyed using GoCo for our HR needs. It has suited us well after we switched from Zenefits. Initially we did not have good support with the rep from One Digital who served as our GoCo broker partner. However, we have a new rep who has been very responsive and helpful when employees have had benefit questions or issues with coverage.
GoCo has done a great job of being responsive to us in working through issues in the system.
