Overall Satisfaction with Google Charts

I actually used it for my volunteer work at a non-profit organization to keep track of all the budget allocations and money spent. As it was a free tool, it was helpful for a non-profit organization like ours. It was simple to use, so easy for transition as well when the executive team changed after every 2 years.
  • Pie charts for allocation of budget
  • Representation of costs
  • Donation breakouts
  • Edits by multiple users
  • Share ability across the platforms
  • User guides / videos
  • Free tool
  • Cost effective
  • Easy transition
  • Multiple users could not edit at same time

Microsoft Powerpoint, Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365)
It is free tool. Very easy to use. Well suited for a non profit organization. Transition to the next executive committee was easy. Cloud storage capability was useful to refer across the team. However simultaneous edits by multiple users was not possible. Google Charts requires good internet connection. User friendly tool.
I haven’t used the support team much. The software was straight forward, however it was not as popular as other softwares like PowerPoint and excel. So during transition to the next team, I felt there could have been better tutorials and videos, it needs more popularity/marketing to gain more users.
It is simple to use. It is very free, so we used it at a non profit organization. Easy transition to the next executive Committee. However shareability across Microsoft platforms has scope for improvement. Different types of charts can be conveniently used to represent different types of data that’s used in an organization.
