Overall Satisfaction with Grafana Loki
As Grafana Loki is open-source logging and monitoring solution. We are using Kubernetes Cluster for our application deployment we are using Loki for Log aggregation of pods logs, jobs logs, and nodes logs, so we don't have to give access to Kubernetes cluster. Also, we are using Grafana for monitoring our Infrastructure, Cluster, Nodes Monitoring, Pods Monitoring, and our public cloud service provider.

- Grafana Loki does well gathering of logs from various data-sources, we can also filter the logs based on our needs.

First and foremost if Grafana Loki is based on CNCF open source projects so organizations can get freedom to choice to configure it at your own other main thing is Grafana Loki is totally free of cost and we can deploy it on our infrastructure. On compared with other managed services like Datadog, New Relic it is very expensive and we also don't have much control on the tools we use.

10 - In our team we are delivering a solution so for that we have to setup and configure the whole Grafana Loki stack and each and every deployment represents the different level of configuration, logs filtering, dashboards, data-sources to be used and added.
10 - People who are either DevOps engineer, System engineers, Linux administration, System administration who knows how things works in deployment and in every OS will be able to easily able to support Grafana Loki. Also the people who can read any documentation that how to integrate that particular datasource to Grafana and fetch logs from Loki.

I don't need to change my evaluation as we have reached to an level of our requirement and it is way optimized.
