Overall Satisfaction with Greenhouse

Greenhouse is the company's internal job board. All departments within the company refer to it for open listings, to get referral links, and to track referrals in the system. It's an easy place for the hiring team to point to whenever they make an announcement that there's an opening in any given department.

Pros

  • Easy access to referral links
  • Ability to see all department openings at one time
  • Tracking system for applicants

Cons

  • More intuitive interface when it comes to the menus
  • Using Greenhouse has led to many fantastic referrals that have led to hiring additions to the company
