Overall Satisfaction with GreenRope

We use GreenRope throughout our entire company from following and communicating with new client leads to website tracking and finally through email campaign messages and using surveys after working with them to find ways to improve our operations internally.
  • Greenrope's dashboard is great because it gives me a snapshot on what is happening right now and notifies me on what needs to get taken care of right now. For instance, what phone calls do I need to make this morning or what events I need to prepare for in the afternoon. It also keeps track of what other employees are doing and how close they are to finishing current projects.
  • Gives me an up to the second picture of who is interacting with me from email reads or website clicks. From this we can find out which webpages and content is most important for our clients. We can also look at what webpages work for a client and what drives them to make an appointment.
  • Greenrope is robust and able to automate tasks eliminating errors made by our employees.
  • I love Greenropes interface on the computer and would like to see their iphone app look and behave similarly.
  • I would like to see Greenrope have the ability to print greeting cards from my contact list and mail them.
  • Improved front office efficiency. Able to reduce amount of time front office needs to spend preparing each new first appointment by 15 minutes.
  • By providing an automated system to deliver important and time-sensitve information. Client quickly realizes we care about them.
  • Able to get critical information through surveys with information that can be automatically saved in their profile. This let's us know what our clients want NOT what we think they need.

Greenrope is both easy to use and gave us ALL their software functionalities without having to pay to upgrade. Pricing is based on number of emails. Greenrope appears to have all what we're looking for, from setting up internal project tasks and todo's, accounting function with quickbooks, calendar and event planning(able to put on a class and have people pay online for course which reduces hundreds of hours), DRIP campaigns with robust triggers that can automated.
They have monthly renewals, so at any time you can cancel and not feel like they are holding your money. Their customer support is easy to work with. Their ticketing system to communicate with you about service issues is fantastic(which is included in the monthly fee) allows you to track issues. We use the ticketing system and add it to our website. This gives people the ability to communicate with us 24/7.
Well Suited: From small to large companies that work with complex or multiple demographics needing multiple layers to segregate client data.

Using GreenRope

It does everything I need when I'm at my computer. I would just like to have greater functionality in the iphone app. I have discussed with Greenrope my issues and they appear to be working on these issues.

Yes - It works throught an mobile internet connection through google or safari fine. But, the iphone app is limited in its capabilities. I would like it to have ability to track websites in the app.
