Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We currently use GreenRope as our CRM and auto marketing for a small advertising website. It helps us automate our followup on new signups and reminds them to come back and visit. In addition we use it to send out our newsletters. The website feature with the built in store has allowed us to start selling our products.

GreenRope is not the top end of features however it does include a variety of great features across the board like CRM and auto marketing combined. Whereas the competition only concentrates on one or the other. Of course if you are looking for a high end product then this system is not for you.

Likelihood to Recommend

GreenRope works best if you are not interested in things like tracking the pages your user visits and applying the necessary campaigns based on the visits by known contacts to those pages. It is a great general auto marketing program. I would say that the benefit / cost ratio makes it worth fitting into your marketing plan.
