Overall Satisfaction with GridBuddy
It's currently being used by the Development (fundraising) team. We use it primarily to create & edit opportunities, contacts, organizations. There has been some use cases for cleaning up our data with Grid Buddy.

- The link between Opportunity and Payment object does not work
- I wish there were a "view all" for the results
- I wish it didn't kick me out of Gridbuddy (not Salesforce itself) after an hour or so of use
- TIME savings
