Overall Satisfaction with Hatchbuck

Hatchbuck is the lifeblood for my business. An intricate tool to managing my client databases, client and prospect communications. It has automated processes and integrated my web site, simplifying my workflows, so I can focus on what I do best - working with clients!

Cons

  • Integration to email systems
  • Integration to some core small business apps, ie. Quickbooks, Eventbrite
  • Efficiency
  • Higher Lead Conversion
ACT - used to use - Hatchbuck is a much better solution for me. Marketing automation, ease of use, responsiveness of staff
Infusionsoft - tested. Chose Hatchbuck because it is simple and easy to use and meets my needs
Salesforce.com - tested - Chose Hatchbuck because of its marketing automation.
Meets my needs perfectly. Love the responsiveness of Hatchbuck employees, all the way to the president level! They are awesome!
It's a perfect affordable tool for a small business like mine!
