Overall Satisfaction with Hatchbuck

Hatchbuck is a fantastic combination of customer relationship management and marketing automation. It keeps our entire sales team organized and systematically progresses our prospects through our marketing and sales funnel. From monthly newsletters and nurturing campaigns to task management and tagging structures, we need Hatchbuck!

I've used Salesforce Group edition, but it was too robust for our team. Hatchbuck was more suited our company and our stage.
If a company already has a CRM, make sure it's easy to export contacts.

Using Hatchbuck

4 - Sales and business development and Executive Leadership -- CEO and president. It spans the entire spectrum of anyone who touches the business development or sales process for company and is key to managing CRM processes, contacts and marketing automation. For our small team, it really works to keep us on track.
It does everything we need it to do and they are a joy to work with!
