HelpWire is an amazing App which helps you connect with any Windows or Mac system effortlessly. It is free for individual and businesses of all sizes. This is why I love this App. We are a small business so every penny counts and we were not getting the level of service we needed as being a remote company we needed a remote support app for employee and clients both. HelpWire has made our life easy. It's 24/7 support makes sure we are never left hanging.
- Easy and quick, set up and connection establishment.
- No mouse or movement lag while connected with remote system
- Workd equally well with Windows or Mac systems.
- Screen recording feature should be added
- Some improvement can be done on UI
- It is a life time free app so ROI is definitely amazing.
