Overall Satisfaction with Heyflow
We use Heyflow for both clients and our own pay per lead business model where it's crucial that we can integrate things like TrustedForm and Jornaya to provide verification of TCPA. Also the OTP functionality greatly increases lead quality for both us and the clients.
Pros
- It comes packed with multiple powerful native integrations for several 3rd party software.
- Very flexible design of the form
- Support is very responsive and helpful.
Cons
- The Google Sheet integration could use an overhaul as form/quiz data in the sheet (the columns) will reset when you rename them or move them around, unlike Typeform where this is possible.
- I'm missing proper email verification through services like Neverbounce which comes "free" for services like Growform, except for that one needs to pay the credits to Neverbounce. Same for phone network verification, this comes free with Growform if you provide a Twilio API key, which is basically free.
- I'd like the ability to add conditional input forms and buttons on a quiz page that is shown (or hidden) depending on the first answer of a question on the same quiz page. For e.g if I ask the question "Do you have a co-borrower" and they select "YES", a new input field is revealed asking for the name of that co-borrower. This is just basic example. But makes the quiz pages more dynamic without the need to add quiz pages to the end of eternity.
- Ability to conditionally render text and information on quiz pages depending on previous answers.
- We're in the early stages of using Heyflow so we can't comment on the real impact of ROI. But in terms of usability and toolbox it's very powerful.
Heyflow Vs. Typeform = Heyflow wins because of design flexibility as TF is very stuck in their typical classical look. Heyflow also comes with a plethora of more options to improve lead quality and has drop-off analytics as standard.
Heyflow Vs. Growform = This one is tougher as I think Growform is very competitive with what you get value-wise like no charge for phone and email network validations against Twilio and Neverbounce API's. Also Growform comes with a much more generous submission count for their smaller tiers AND I'm not capped by the amount of forms.
