Overall Satisfaction with Heyflow
We use Heyflow as a recruiting tool in our company. Our recruiting team builds targeted flows for attracting employees through our social media campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. This saves us money, time, and additional staff in our application processes. Previously, we had to run elaborate ads and campaigns, which required a complicated and time-consuming process. Thanks to Heyflow, the whole thing is done in less than 60 seconds.

In our opinion, Heyflow offers far superior design options and, due to its ease of use, integrates much more effectively into a company. Furthermore, the price-performance ratio is significantly better, and excellent support is integrated, ensuring you always have a contact person. Calls are also scheduled at user-defined intervals for joint analysis or assistance.

Using Heyflow
2 - They handle all marketing and recruiting for our company. They create concepts, advertising, print materials, and recruiting processes. They use Heflow for the first of several employee recruitment forms, which are then linked to social media for campaigns we run on Facebook and Instagram. The leads generated in this way are automatically stored in our ERP system.
2 - The most positive aspect of Heyflow is that it requires absolutely no prior knowledge. Because Heyflow is a coding-free platform, virtually anyone can use it. All it takes is the will and a bit of creativity, as well as a basic technical understanding of using browser-based apps, to achieve great results.

Evaluating Heyflow and Competitors
Yes - We replaced Perspective Funnel with Heyflow because implementing it was making our daily work incredibly difficult. Visually, the funnels didn't look as good as Heyflow's, and the functionality was very limited, making them difficult for some team members to use. We also saved a significant amount of time in terms of setup.

Heyflow covers everything the competition offers and much more, optionally. The price and performance are unbeatable. It's incredibly easy to use, even without prior knowledge, and the support is outstanding – a team that's always there to help. Integration with our ERP system is also very simple and offers numerous additional connectivity options.
If I had to do it again, I would seek advice from a HEyflow employee, for example, right from the start. I wouldn't waste so much time and staff experimenting with other tools again. I would study the current market more thoroughly beforehand to see how well we are positioned and analyze what our target group actually wants.

Change management was minimal - None other than that it was a good decision and we can work much more productively. Implementation is much faster and the results are even more impressive in terms of quality. Thanks to our prior knowledge, it didn't need to be implemented as a separate phase but could be used immediately.

The product was very easy to learn without training. The processes are very well described and self-explanatory. Anyone can teach themselves and work it out without much prior knowledge. However, if you get stuck, the excellent chat support is quick to help with a solution or a very good and detailed tutorial or video
Configuring Heyflow
I don't have any specific recommendations for Heyflow. Heyflow is perfect as it is. Perhaps the video library could be expanded further in terms of areas such as tracking or connecting different APIs. Or new YouTube videos could be added. I think then it wouldn't even be necessary to offer live support in the

Unfortunately, we have not made any modifications to Heyflow. We were not previously aware that it was possible to customize it. However, our employees will consult with support to check whether there is a modification that can support and help us in our daily work. If there are useful modifications for us, we will definitely use them.

We don't have premium support because we haven't needed it yet. Our employees are so well-trained and qualified that the demand for support is very low. Therefore, it's a cost model that doesn't require our business. However, I would recommend that anyone completely new to the business purchase a premium option, at least for a while.
About two weeks ago, I had a call with a Heyflow employee to discuss our workflows. He analyzed the workflows with us, gave us tips and tricks on how to make them even better, faster, and more profitable. After the call, he offered that I could contact him again at any time to discuss things further and conduct another analysis.

Integrating Heyflow

We use Heyflow exclusively for implementing recruiting campaigns on social media. For this reason, we use Meta Pixel integration to track our conversions so that we can continuously optimize our campaigns. The integration was really very easy.
We hope that our provider zvoove Recruit will offer a collaboration with Heyflow in the future.

We exclusively use a recruiting tool called zvoove Recruit. Leads are only collected via email. However, as there is no further integration, the leads unfortunately have to be processed from the inbox and each candidate has to be created in order to set up a profile and enable further sales or matching.
Heyflow should also look into German providers of recruiting tools and not just CRM systems. We can only speak for the German market, but Heyflow has enormous potential when it comes to personnel recruiting in Germany. An interface integration with the manufacturer Zvoove could take everything to a whole new level.
Relationship with Heyflow
We do not have a traditional sales process, but rather exclusively recruit candidates, which we use for our applicant pool or for our clients to support them with top candidates. In this respect, it is not a traditional sale, but rather a lead or conversation that takes place in exchange with Meta.
No, I wouldn't change any of Heyflow's terms and conditions or price. The price-performance ratio is simply impressive. I don't know of any other provider that offers a platform that allows you to start from scratch without any prior knowledge and gives you top-notch support at all times, helping you optimize your flows and get even more out of them.
