Overall Satisfaction with HitPaw Video Converter
It's really good at converting audio and images. I like the ease of use of the software and also the user interface. My needs are to collect audio and video data and it is very easily done on this software. My company is able to use the data for its marketing purposes and also for personal use in classrooms.

Cons
- 1 Mac means that only 1 installation is allowed.
- The subscription plans are complicated to decide upon
- Support helpline is rather slow
- 10 students of mine found the software easy to use
- 20 customers of mine felt that the media I created was excellent
- 8 staff found the software useful for their work
Hitpaw Video Converter was found easily on Google and the download was accessible easily, however Adobe apps are not. The interface is also easy to operate. My staff found the app suitable for work but Adobe apps are not suited, and also expensive. HitPaw Video Converter created a great software for niche work.
