Overall Satisfaction with Hopin

We use Hopin to produce and execute events for our client base. They range from large robust multiday events to 1-hour internal meetings. We have run fully virtual and Hybrid Events on Hopin, and the ease of use for both users and attendees always makes it a leading choice.

The needs of the clients are of utmost importance to us, so we take their "must-haves" and "nice to haves" and most times they align with Hopins features.
Hopin won't work for our longer events or events that are recurring over a few weeks. Ie. We have a client running a three-week course, for the same attendees, 3 days a week for 3 weeks - and we do not want to have to have them register for 3 separate events, therefore, Hopin is not a suitable choice.
