Overall Satisfaction with Schoox

We have all our employees take quizzes though Train. We also have new hires watch videos we have set up.
  • The system grades all the quizzes so managers and team members do not have to.
  • Train provides an easy way to create new training material and reaches all your current employees.
  • The navigation of the site is confusing and hard to get from one place to another.
  • The report dashboard is a bit confusing.
If the material is kept up on and someone manages your Schoox system, the program itself is easy to use.

Using Schoox

It's easy to use but I find myself having to show new hires where to go for courses and even managers. It's hard to navigate at first if you do not know the program.
Yes - We use the mobile app all the time for employees to take quizzes and lectures. The app could have more features as it is very basic and sometimes gets hung up until the team member goes online to take the correct course.
