Overall Satisfaction with HPE Intelligent Management Center (IMC)
HP IMC is being used to monitor our network infrastructure across our entire organization. This product helps us monitor the network proactively and also servers as a configuration back up tool that comes in handy when a network switch fails. HP IMC is vendor agnostic and provides some great features to keep taps on the network.
Pros
- Stores equipment configurations to easily restore.
- Quick notification of equipment status across the network
- Trending information helps keep us proactive on possible issues.
Cons
- Visibility of both LAN and WiFi network components.
- HPE IMC is one of several tools we use to to ensure we meet our SLA with our customers.
HPM IMC is simpler to use. Solarwinds is too complicated to setup.
