Overall Satisfaction with Huddle

Huddle has been good for client engagment and team work tracking, like how we're doing with clients and my co workers. It helps us know who's reaching out to who and making sure we're on top of things. We're able to discuss and approve things all through the same platform

  • Tasks and reminders are easy to see and complete
  • Very good platform for collaboration
  • Maybe more tips on how to use it fully there are a lot of features we haven't used yet
  • Also the starting we learned was easy
  • the Google drive has issues uploading sometimes you need to refresh a few times
  • Very good and efficient work with my team and clients
  • One benefit of daily huddles is that they increase alignment across your teams. They help everyone stay focused while also understanding what their other colleagues are doing to work towards the current company goals
  • We also can all see what we need to do for the day
Oh Slack is more expensive and Huddle gets exactly what we need done, not much to say other than they have proven themselves and we can go confidently with them knowing if there's an issue we'll get the support we need
