Overall Satisfaction with Human Interest

I found Human Interest last year and they have totally revolutionized my payroll company. The team at Human Interest has been instrumental in helping me easily transition new clients away from ADP and Paychex. They fully integrate with my software, reimburse any fees involved in moving the 401k over and handle the entire transition process from start to finish. I have already moved dozens of clients over to HUMAN Interest. I even use them for my own company's retirement plan. I would highly recommend Human Interest to anyone looking to set up a retirement plan for their business.

  • It would be nice to have a single point of contact that handles all of my clients.
  • Communicate changes in existing 401k plans to me.
  • Communicate to me the date that 401k plans are going live within Human Interest.
  • Significant time savings due to integration.
  • Reimburse $1500 fee to move 401k from ADP and Paychex. A significant hurdle in the past.
  • Amazon gift cards are a nice bonus.

I use Human Interest for all of my clients who have a current 401k plan. I don't recommend them when a client needs more than just a 401k. I send those clients to a financial planner.
