Overall Satisfaction with Human Interest

Human Interest streamlines the 401(k) processes for employee deductions and contributions. The setup process is very easy and seem to be very well integrated with our platform.

Pros

  • Simplification of the 401(k) process
  • Ease in participant experience
  • Ease in client transmission

Cons

  • Understanding of who is the "go to"contact On certain issues
  • Value add to our services for payroll
It added a few tasks on our set up side but also eliminated some as well.
Small learning curve but from what I understand my clients employees have thought it pretty easy.
