Overall Satisfaction with Human Interest

Human Interest is our 401K provider which we have been using for about 1 year. The set up was easy and they keep track of all employees and when they become eligible to start. The website is easy to use and the staff are extremely helpful. They offer group training and one on one to set up your account which makes the process very easy for staff.

Human Interest works great for my small business needs. I am not sure if I had a larger sized company manually filling in the excel sheet every pay period would be very tedious.
