Overall Satisfaction with Human Interest

We use Human Interest as our 401k provider for about four years now.

Pros

  • Love their dashboard interface. Easy to use.
  • Love their notification emails.
  • Support team is pretty good at answering all my question.

Cons

  • I would like better understanding of the process on terminated employees.
  • It just adds more value to our already robust employee benefits
  • i dont like that the safe harbor plan employee match includes bonuses as well.
the dashboard is simple and intuitive.
