Overall Satisfaction with Huntress
We use the EDR, ITDR, and SIEM from Huntress. It helps us with all of our compliance needs with our bank client and improves the security posture of other clients. We are an MSP, and we divided our EDR/MDR needs between two vendors to prevent the all eggs in one basket problem.
Pros
- UI/UX
- Security Awareness Training
- Detection and Response
Cons
- SIEM
- Reporting
- Billing by client segmentation
- It is part of the reason why one client is still with us.
- It was a large factor in acquiring a client who had been promised training by its previous MSP.
- It has prevented at least one breach.
- SentinelOne Singularity, Blackpoint MDR and Webroot Antivirus + Internet Security Complete (SecureAnywhere)
Easier to add and remove the agent from PCs. In our experience, others are horrendous to try to remove when a customer leaves. The UI is superior through its simplicity. For us, deployment was also much easier than BlackPoint or SentinelOne. Webroot was easy to install, but still plagues us on a few PCs 18 months after ending our contracts with it.
