Overall Satisfaction with Hyland Content Composer
We are storing our documents and reviewing or editing the documents from the central server. This way it makes our document available to all the peers and requests them to review and look. We are doing software documentation and lots of our members work on a single doc at the same time, this way it helps us a lot to get the documents reviewed and approved.
- Easy to use or navigation and updating document is very simple
- Cost effective and easy manage and maintenance
- Slowness of the site can be fix, because accessing a doc is taking linger time
- Accessing documents stored on server using desktop and mobile
- Easy and simple way to create or update the docs
- As an organization we need not to track the document with employees, everything we do are directly available on server. So incase any employee left the organization then we need to track his work with him, we can easily pass the work to other peer.
