Overall Satisfaction with IBM Cloud Databases

We didn't bother using this feature because our data doesn't need to be migrated.
Our APIs mostly support MySQL databases so we never needed other types of databases, even though we didn't exploit that flexibility advantage, I really appreciate it as I estimate that in the next years we'll probably make use of other NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
With our old solution, we had to inform our clients of downtime every time we perform a backup, some clients have complained about that several times. Since we implemented IBM Cloud Databases, we never had that issue again and our customer satisfaction has increased over time.

It's best suited for businesses with an increasing amount of data [that] needs to be secured, organized, centralized, and backed up. I wouldn't recommend start-ups or small businesses or businesses that can self-manage their data.
