Overall Satisfaction with IBM Cloud Kubernetes Service

We needed to find a reliable and scalable way to deploy secure and standalone instances for our cloud SaaS product. We chose IBM Cloud Kubernetes so we could deploy these instances as pods, and rely on the platform to manage itself.
  • The solution is scaleable
  • High availability and good performance so far
  • Support is of a high standard
  • Enterprise security
  • Interface still takes a while to get used to
  • Some documentation is difficult to find
  • IBM Cloud Kubernetes is central to our operations. It allows us to maintain a standard application image and seamlessly deploy and manage instances.
  • It currently takes us around 12 days to fully provision an instance, but we continue to reduce this as we become more confident.
Yes we started with the GUI but have become more comfortable with CLI.
