Overall Satisfaction with IBM Cloud Object Storage
It is being used by our hosting department, which I oversee, to backup data from our main servers and primary backup storage servers. It allows us to ensure that all customers' data, and other particulars are kept in a safe, off-server "holding area". This also allows us to make changes to our primary backup servers without worry that we will lose any files.

We currently do not utilize this part of the platform.
High-speed data transfers allow the hosting department to effectively, efficiently and quickly transfer data from one server to another, when necessary.
The flexibility of IBM Cloud Object Storage allows Bitlogix to scale the service when needed. I highly recommend this aspect of the service more than anything. It also brings affordability into clear view, in our opinion.
