Overall Satisfaction with IBM Cloud Virtual Servers

We use IBM Virtual Servers for our entire company. We offer web hosting and game server hosting (hosted in IBM Servers) in Mexico for small businesses and students in all of Latin America.

Pros

  • Support is really good, and you have chat support and people helping for everything you need!
  • It offers a variety of configurations and operating systems for all needs.
  • It offers great add-ons and integrations.

Cons

  • Dashboard loading at login.
  • More locations for Latin America would be good.
  • More add-ons and integrations.
  • ROI has been good, as IBM always is identified as quality with clients.
In the long run, IBM is much cheaper than AWS. Also, the support offered by IBM is quite superior since they help you by chat. With AWS, you must pay for support.
IBM Servers are suitable for all needs since they offer adjustments that can range from 1gb of RAM to whatever you could possibly need! Laboratory tests, mail, websites, and beyond.
