Overall Satisfaction with IBM Cloudability

We are using IBM Cloudability for cloud cost reporting and optimization primarily. The product is addressing one major gap that was there with native cloud cost management tools, which is, the container cost allocation. Cloudability along with TotalCost gives great insights into our cloud spend and clear optimization insights which we didn't had before.

It is easier to get up and running with IBM Cloudability. All you need is to know your business use cases that you would like to address. There are ample resources to use when you are setting up and learning cloudability and other Apptio products which will help. The content in the product documentation can certainly be improved and have more details.

We are using IBM Cloudability and TotalCost. We were able to get insights into our cloud costs and bring some non-cloud costs as well into the mix. We were also able to realize savings from the optimization insights which helped us meet our ROI. We will continue to improve the use of apptio products in the future

Complex cost sharing rules is where IBM Cloudability shines along with TotalCost. The platform is intuitive to use and can provide quick insights. With the realized savings based on the recommendations from cloudability, we were able to meet the ROI as well. Views is another area which is very effective to have teams focus on only what belongs to them
