Strong tool for multi cloud cost management for enterprises

I think the strength of the tool lies in the insightful analytics and reporting (especially if you primarily use AWS). We have different dashboards for tech managers and finance depending on the need - the fact that you can present the same data to different stakeholders based on their needs is great.

The initial setup had a learning curve though, it was time consuming at the beginning but got better as we started to get a hang of it. As with any tool, some of our less tech friendly users sometimes found the interface to be less user intutive

We follow a multi cloud strategy and use GCP, Azure, and AWS. IBM Cloudability allows us to consolidate the billing data which allow us to track spending through the dashboards that can be viewed by different stakeholders. Being an enterprise, it is difficult sometimes to allocate the cost accurately to different business units and this tool makes it easier to chargeback. While not the strongest feature but we did leverage some optimization recommendations that helped us reduce the cost for the VMs, databases, etc.
