Overall Satisfaction with IBM FlashSystem
We are doing more and more on the cloud and this system is hybrid cloud enabled and allows us to do a lot while protecting our proprietary data. It's very user friendly and has an adequate amount of functionality, actually more than adequate. It's easy to train and was the most reasonably priced option we assessed.

- Great customer support.
- The AI is just okay.
- Reduced power costs.
- Reduced outsourcing.
- Reduced latency.
Pure Storage does not have the same functionality, and I doubt the customer support is as good. Obviously, this product in backed by the IBM name and that holds a lot weight. Also, IBM seems much more user friendly vs Pure Storage. The add-ons and options are also much better with IBM.
