IBM FlashSystem 5100 (V5100) is being used at multiple locations throughout our company. We choose this mainly to improve performance of our current storage system and for high reliability. Different configurations were utilized at different locations to suit local needs. Another plus point was scalability of the system if needed in future. 5100 is has expansion enclosures and are designed to add drives without downtime.
