Overall Satisfaction with IBM Planning Analytics

We are using IBM Planning Analytics for Sales and Operation Optimization and Enterprize Planning and Budgeting. It will be used across the organization. We are in the implementation phase. It helps in integrated decision making and reduces the problems faced in Excel-based planning, which has spreadsheet bloopers.
  • You can do forecasts with the power of SPSS.
  • Integrated business planning with use of Workflows
  • Use of blueprints of TM1 provided by IBM Innovation Center helps in reduced time to implement.
  • Express Edition allows to start small and scale to meet requirements.
  • Lack of resources across IBM who can help you when you get stuck.
  • User-friendly messages can help find the exact feature we are looking for.
  • Local support here in Pakistan is not available.
  • Haven't measured that.
  • We are still in the implementation phase.
We have been users of Oracle Hyperion and Power BI like tools.
IBM does not have resources to help the implementation and users.
