  • When taking the number of support staff into account, the ROI on IBM Power servers is much better.
We had these applications integrated into IBM Power servers, as the applications had been used for several years.
Management of IBM Power servers requires much less staffing than other systems. The IBM Power servers are also much easier to manage because the same system supports integrated security, database, and printing services, whereas other platforms normally require separate servers to perform each task. Running Java-based applications is less desirable on IBM Power servers because it doesn't perform well.
