It's quite useful in terms of providing support for a service that we used for about seven months. I felt no problems while using it and some occurred are minor It lowered the effort required to conduct tasks and copy data. Its AI is the most important, as the decisions made are truly authentic and more efficient at work. It's one of the most impressive IBM products I've ever seen. That's incredible.
