It's really helpful in terms of support for a service which we used for almost 7 months. It reduced the effort to run the workloads while copying the data. Its AI is the major one where the decisions made it is really genuine and more efficient towards work. It's one of the best things I have ever seen from IBM. That's really awesome.

- It's because of its accuracy, efficiency, and speed. It's been really helping towards the work, and helps do a finite number of tasks in less time and has been our choice because it's the best. The price is also favorable and to maintain it so easy so one can choose it only.
- Sometimes it may get stuck due to more usage... It's in very rare cases and for a short time only... It's not a drawback but it may cause work disturbance.
