Overall Satisfaction with IBM Security MaaS360

In the organization, since the implementation of this powerful tool, everything is in its maximum protection, everything works successfully. Devices are kept safe at all times from threats that may constantly exist with very bad intentions, both mobile and desktop. That is why everything in the company works successfully with IBM Securyti Mass 360 with Watson, confidently in all the management of the devices of each one of the departments. There is also a first class technical service that meets the requirements of each client and in terms of implementation is simple, not much extra help is needed to achieve the service.

Pros

  • Robust and Powerful Software.
  • Null threats on mobile and desktop devices.
  • Excellent centralization of device management.
  • It has a use of different PC terminals and any mobile.
  • Handling large amounts of data.
  • A lot of intuition in each of the features, which makes this tool reliable.
  • Easy to implement and use.

Cons

  • Negative things there are not many. At the moment we are doing well, however, something very important is receiving notifications by email.
  • Its management of support and defense against threats has a direct support to the objectives of solving and repairing recurring problems in the face of all threats.
  • Phishing protection is critical to scalable enterprise security.
  • The price of the license plays a fundamental role for the return on our investment as it is one of the cheapest on the market.
It is always very easy to integrate into all our devices and different technologies, cue already with the necet tools for its total integration and thus it complies with the necessary parameters of the company.
It was implemented in a period of about two weeks after its final purchase, it was a very simple and fast job...IBM carried out a training process of a few hours to help my team implement and integrate this software to our entire enterprise technology, achieving security advances in a very short period of time.

Being a software capable of fulfilling what is needed: you can easily add new devices, it has a management for centralization, complete security of complete mobile applications, among many more robust functions, this tool is very useful in any large company or small, you will feel comfortable with all the staff, so all devices will have total security free of any threats, capable of creating a negative and uncomfortable environment. Its excellent technical support makes this tool the quality of service.
