IBM SevOne helps greatly when it comes to managing and monitoring our servers, networks, and applications. It ensures that we have less to no downtime thanks to ease of detecting issues on time - we rectify issues before they affect performance of apps and affecting user experience. In addition, it ensures operational efficiency and reduced running costs thanks to the actionable insights which helps our IT team to understand and fix problems faster.
