Overall Satisfaction with IBM SevOne

IBM SevOne is a brilliant tool when it comes to network performance and infrustructure monitoring. The product provides us with realtime visibility of our netwok infrustructures. It has unlimited customization options and very robust plugin support systems. The software is also very scalable in such a way that it handles both large and complex network systems.

Pros

  • The product has better support services and affordable pricing.
  • Deployment and integration of the tool is easy and straightforward.
  • Ability of the software in ensuring real-time network visualisation and high customizability of the software.

Cons

  • IBM SevOne does not have ready made templates. Creation and customization of templates is hard.
  • Pricing structure of the software is not flexible compared to that of its competitors.
  • Initial learning curve of the tool is complex. Advanced features of the tool requires considerable training for seamless implementation.
  • The software has made network monitoring simple and efficient by providing us with an integrated dashboard that give us a clear picture of our network infrastructure.
  • IBM SevOne has value for money. it is both time and expense saver.
  • Use of the software has enabled us to timely detect performance issues and solve them before they affect our IT infrastructures.
