IBM Targetprocess and the value it brings

I use Targetprocess for my own organization and advocate its use to my customers for overall project planning and better awareness for resources, programs, investments and portfolios available for a particular initiative that is being managed or deployed by a BU. The scope ranges from a large scale global initiative to a smaller project

Targetprocess has had a significant impact on our organizations and customer orgs plan their internal and external initiatives. The ability of Targetprocess o integrate with other tools and specially IBM tools is a big plus and feature for the users. Targetprocess's use has dramatically increased productivity by cutting down the time to market and project planning by half.
