Overall Satisfaction with IBM Watson Assistant
IBM Watson Assistant provides great guidance through IBM cloud. It lessens the time to get help from Technical Support since it already has the answers that we usually ask.
Pros
- Lessens technical support interaction because of very helpful interface
- Free yet still provides advanced features
- Easy to implement and embed applications
Cons
- Users need to understand the interface and terminologies
- For me it has some learning curve to the user, needs background in data analytics
- There are times that it is unclear when to connect my API
- Cost savings because it's free
- Automation improve productivity
- No need to code and you already have your chatbot
Generally, users get frustrated when they are talking to a bot and want to talk to a customer service representative. With IBM Watson Assistant, users were able to get the information that they need with just a click of a button. Voice and text integration is already relevant to people with disabilities.
I just have a general idea that ServiceNow Now Platform is their competitor but I haven't used it. It is available for us to use in the company but we haven't tried it due to time constraints. Will provide my comment once we use it and compare it with IBM Watson Assistant.
