Overall Satisfaction with IBM Watson Assistant

We are using IBM Watson Assistant for employee engagement and answering their queries related to certain organizational policies. It is helping us to reduce the number of requests raised by employees to our internal teams and hence leading to a reduction in the number of employees required to address this issue. We are also recommending this tool to our clients to improve their customer services and customer engagement.

Implementing the tool for the first time is quite complex as the tutorials are not very well explained by the team. Hence for first-time users, the jargons are not clear and sometimes it requires users to take external training. Limitation on the flexibility of using it for the other use cases than what is defined and developed by IBM.
By utilizing the AI and NLP features we have been able to provide our customers with an omnichannel customer experience where they can get their queries answered 24 * 7 across channels and status of their resolutions or order details without customers providing their details again and again leading to an improved customer experience.

Answering customer queries regarding their order details and resolving order-related queries. Automatic order ticket booking and cancellation. Helping sales associates to identify products based on customer requirements and show them product availability and product location.
