Overall Satisfaction with IBM Watson Assistant

When we started our online school software we did not know how we were going to respond to each and every inquiry and that's where IBM Watson Assistant came in handy. We were able to save a lot of time by using the intent recommendation feature. This helped us identify what each user was saying.

Whether you are a small enterprise or a big organization, this platform allows you to interact with your users in an efficient way and makes it easy to understand what the user has to say and/or needs to say. Our experience has really been incredible. Their technical support is very helpful, fast, and efficient. You do need the training to get started though. It takes some time.
IBM Watson Assistant has helped our organization predict future outcomes. It fully understands our business language and has allowed us to deliver better, more innovative experiences. Their accurate and updated algorithm has helped us solve the more complex problems our organization has faced and allowed us to optimize time spent in our organization.

We wanted to improve our customer service and day-to-day business outcome. IBM Watson Assistant is really great as it helped us save a lot of administrative time within three to four months of usage. It is not easy to configure the customizable features. However, I like that you are able to use IBM Watson Assistant on your website and Facebook page. It's really worthwhile.
