Overall Satisfaction with IBM Watson Assistant

have selected Watson Assistant as our Chatbot technology due largely to the low-code business-friendly conversation design studio. Which is well ahead of AWS Google and MS as far as enabling business groups to extend and manage the conversations. IBM have been swift to provide expert guidance and advice where needed to speed us on our journey.

The main reason for deploying IBM Watson Assistant in our organization is to simplify our business process by introducing chatbots that can easily be customizable and delight our customers. It is one of the best software that can easily scale any business. It fulfills our organization's needs and brings a lot of changes in our environment, and gives good business outcomes. It provides confidentiality in data security. It is straightforward to use and provides an efficient way of analyzing the data.
Before the implementation of IBM Watson Assistant in our organization, it is very challenging for us to manage customer queries, so we are looking forward to the software that helps us to manage our customers easily and thanks to IBM Watson Assistant, which really helps us with its incredible artificial intelligence and natural language processing capabilities. It instantly provides an accurate solution, and we can easily analyze our data and check whether there is room for improvements which helps us to make our service better.
Microsoft NLP approaches are interesting and powerful, but they don't have an easy way to model the interaction between actions like Watson, and they don't have a powerful way to test your virtual agent while you build them. Salesforce Einstein is a basic platform and doesn't have a powerful NLP engine.
