Overall Satisfaction with IBM Watson Media's Video Streaming
We provide event services for large conferences who desire streaming of the presentations. It's an easy way for us to offer this service without having to invest in the equipment to provide the same.
- It's easy to use (for the most part).
- The ability to provide the client with detailed analytics is invaluable to the service we provide.
- Some of the instructions are a little convoluted and there are too many steps required in order to do certain things (such as adding a holding image for the stream)
We have only ever streamed one event at a time so this is N/A.
We provide our client with detailed analytics from the metrics console but we simply provide the data.
